QNAP claims it can be used by Chrome, Firefox or IE. I assumed that you couldn't reach the WebUI based on your terse description of the issue. If you can already access the Surveillance Station WebUI remotely, then my advice wasn't very useful to you. ( QNAP still hasn't developed a Linux client for it). I can not use Surveillance Station at all here. Has this anything to do with the port forwarding suggestion? Thanks I'm afraid I can't help with that part. Then i retry on my Chrome browser and it is as if nothing has been installed, since it again asks me to install Qmon. ![]() ![]() I can access the NAS QTS remotely, but when I click on the Surveilance Station monitor and playback buttons, it asks me to install a Qmon.exe, which I do.
